Our Beef

The most important thing at Perkhill is producing top-quality cattle yielding beef that is tender and full of flavour.  This is why we choose to raise the world renowned, but local, breed of Aberdeen Angus cattle.

All our cattle are raised on grass diets to give them maximum flavour and high levels of Omega 3 - essential fatty acids.  We are members of the Hi-Health Cattle Scheme ensuring that all our animals are healthy and that the beef retains its vitamins, minerals and amino acids.
